as the starting sentence is in past tens ( left )
it should be ( and it brought) E
In Option E - "and brought" implies that the eagles made something to happen.
While, the intended meaning of the sentence is that because of leaving of the eagles something happened.
Hence, bringing is the correct choice.
why not "and brings" rather 'and bringing'
Its not B because - 'a COMMA and AND' are only used to connect 2 independent clause. In the second clause - the subject is missing, hence making it unclear as to who is performing the action. A is correct.
There's no doubt, the guy is completely right.
